The Preschool at New Wilmington Presby
NWPC Preschool serves children ages 3-5 with 2 and 3 day-per-week programs.
Tuesday/Thursday Class
Children who are toilet trained and will turn 3 by Aug. 15 will be enrolled in the class that meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 to 11:30 a.m. (maximum 15 children). Tuition: $120 per month.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday Class
Children who will turn 4 by Aug. 15 will be enrolled in the class that meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to noon (maximum 16 children). Tuition: $150 per month.
Preschool classes are in session from September through May and follow Wilmington Area School District’s calendar.
Overview
The Preschool at New Wilmington Presbyterian Church is a Christian faith-based and self-funded early learning program located in and supported by the New Wilmington Presbyterian Church. It is our mission to partner with families in New Wilmington and the surrounding communities in the God-given task of educating the total child by cultivating the spiritual, emotional, social, physical and cognitive dimensions of each child.
Creative Curruculum
NWPC Preschool uses the Creative Curriculum. This curriculum balances both teacher-directed and child-initiated learning, with an emphasis on responding to children’s learning styles and building on their strengths and interests.

Registration & Enrollment
Open registration is Jan. 25 to Feb. 8, 2026.
Current families and then legacy families can register Jan. 11-17, 2026. Legacy includes any family who has had a child enrolled at NWPC Preschool within the past 10 years (dates of attendance for older siblings must be verified when registering). NWPC church members can register starting Jan. 18, 2026. All other applications will then be processed by the NWPC Preschool Board, who will draw the remaining spots based on a lottery system.
